Since custom-made items are created uniquely to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these products unless they are faulty. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order, so if there is a defect, error, or issue with the craftsmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Based on your provided measurements, a digital mockup is created. The mural design is placed within the boundaries of the wall’s dimensions, allowing you to see exactly how the mural will fit and look.

You can often move around or adjust elements of the image (like changing the placement of specific parts of the design) to better suit the space. This helps you experiment with different arrangements before finalizing your choice.
