Refund policy
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
You can only return goods to us within 14 days of receipt of item/s that are faulty and unused then we will refund you the full value. You must notify us of the fault within 48 hours of delivery.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on gift cards.
Goods need to be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To process a return, you can contact us at info@simplymurals.co.uk. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as details on how and where to send your package. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have strict quality control on all of our items prior to delivery however on a rare occasion if the item is defective or damaged please contact us within 2 days of delivery we will then arrange for the damaged item to be returned and send you out a replacement item as soon as possible
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once the refund has been approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. This can take up to 5 working days to be credited to your original payment method.
