We currently offer standard free shipping and expedited shipping for all of our products. Expedited shipping is only available in some countries, please contact us directly if you require this option.
Our shipping providers include Royal Mail, USPS, FedEx, UPS, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
How long till I receive my order?
Standard Shipping - Delivered within 7-8 business days.
Expedited Shipping - Arrives within 4-5 business days for faster delivery.
Production Time - Up to 10 working days for custom murals.

Do you provide refunds?
Since custom-made items are created uniquely to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these products unless they are faulty. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order, so if there is a defect, error, or issue with the craftsmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
For issues with custom items, please provide:
- Photos of the item and the area of concern
- Your order number and contact information
Our team will review the case and provide solutions such as replacements or repairs when applicable.
What is a free rendering?
You give the dimensions (height and width) of the wall where you plan to place the mural. This ensures the rendering is scaled to match the actual size.
Based on your provided measurements, a digital mockup is created. The mural design is placed within the boundaries of the wall’s dimensions, allowing you to see exactly how the mural will fit and look.
You can often move around or adjust elements of the image (like changing the placement of specific parts of the design) to better suit the space. This helps you experiment with different arrangements before finalizing your choice.
